Undergraduate Minor

African American and African Studies Minor

The minor in African American & African Studies (AAAS) consists of 15 semester hours: 6 hours in core requirements (2201 & 3310) and 9 semester elective hours. One of the elective courses can be at the 2000-level the rest must be at the 3000-level or above.  If students complete the minor, according to guidelines, they need only to file the Minor Program Form with their Arts and Sciences advisors.
