On February 27th 2025, Dr. Abigail Lindo of the Department of Comparative Studies and the Department of African-American and African Studies hosted a workshop tailored to graduate students navigating research. "Crafting a Stellar Abstract + Presenting your Research at Conferences" allowed for students to get one-on-one feedback from faculty in different disciplines on their abstracts. Dr. Lindo coached students on developing their voice and strengthening their presence as emerging researchers.
